Your role is to generate leads, monitor, and sell our products. Being able to communicate well and goal driven are keys to success. Normally requires a minimum of a college Diploma in Agriculture, Marketing, or other Business related discipline
1+ year(s) experience in customer care services, sales or sales leadership with the ability to work independently on a virtual team, agricultural sales experience a plus
Demonstrate ability to understand written and spoken English, and to interpret and process paperwork;
Must be willing to work hours beyond those considered “normal”, under minimal supervision and on a tight schedule.
Business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and market research.
A strong sense of customer focus and demonstrated sales and negotiation skills
Basic computer skills is required although, applicants who can demonstrate advanced skills will have an added advantage
